Yannick right now: On the balcony, blueberry bagel and drink in hand and no plans ahead… Life is amazing! Yesterday was the last exam – see you later, university. Like, in September.
I’ll probably get some plants for our balconies later with André. Everything must turn green, green.
Last night we celebrated Kristin’s birthday in the Métro. As the theme was “under water” there were lots of bubbles and starfish and inflatable sharks. We captured the last wagon of the orange line at “Henri Bourassa” and off we went, dancing and shouting. I brought my newly acquired toypiano and accompanied the boombox for a while. It was great. Pictures/video will follow.
Tonight I’m attending a silent dance party in the park at Berri-UQAM. A great chance to dance with your headphones on, and I won’t get the mean looks I get in the 80-bus for just nodding my head. Won’t miss it!
Yesterday, everybody left for China (and by everybody I mean Josh and Caitlin). We had some good times, and, as I realized later talking to a friend: At our age, it’s never a “Goodbye”, it’s always a “See you later”.
